St. James the Less Catholic School is a fully chartered and accredited school by the Ohio Catholic Accreditation Association.  Founded in 1949, our school is one of the oldest in the diocese and serves students from St. James, St. Elizabeth, Holy Cross, St. Thomas, and Santa Cruz parishes and surrounding areas.

Moral: Through the study of Gospel values and virtues, we strive to develop a desire for taking personal responsibility for one’s actions and instill a desire to make moral decisions. 
Academic: We seek to provide a challenging curriculum to meet the needs of our diverse learners.
Emotional: We aspire to provide an environment that supports students’ emotional growth and healthy expression of emotions. 
Social: We provide an atmosphere of mutual respect among students, staff and families by modeling Gospel values in order to build a meaningful relationship throughout our school community.
